Surbana Jurong in Singapore seeks a Facilities Engineer to oversee operation, maintenance and reliability of Mechanical, Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S), Fire Protection and Public Address (PA) systems across client facilities.

You will lead technical teams, coordinate with contractors, review drawings, maintain CMMS records and ensure compliance with WSH and fire safety regulations while delivering projects to enhance asset performance and safety.

Formación

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of facilities management, building maintenance, or M&E operations.
• Hands-on experience with P&S, Fire Protection and PA systems; knowledge of Singapore WSH rules.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers; strong coordination skills.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office; able to work independently with good troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of P&S, Fire Protection and PA systems to ensure reliability.
• Supervise Technical Officers, Technicians, contractors and vendors, ensuring safety, efficiency and SLA/KPI compliance.
• Manage AEI, A&A, R&R projects, review drawings and coordinate project execution.
• Monitor CMMS, analyze equipment trends and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and stakeholders to coordinate activities and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, fire safety regulations and company policies, and support energy conservation.
