Job summary

Seletar Country Club is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and project delivery across the club’s buildings and grounds. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets, and coordinate with senior management on improvement works and procurement.

Responsibilities include planning and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising contractors, and maintaining up-to-date SOPs and contracts.

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance for facilities and buildings.
• Plan, execute and manage projects within budget and timeline.
• Set up audio-visual and event support for club activities.
• Ensure compliance with government legislation, standards and requirements.
• Manage tender processes for projects and facilities.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is tracked and documented.
• Provide training and guidance to the team to maintain high standards and safety.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor variances for management.
• Deliver regular updates to stakeholders on maintenance matters.
