Job summary

Frasers Property Limited is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee building maintenance, preventive maintenance planning and CAPEX projects for our retail mall operations in Singapore.

You will lead a team of technicians, manage vendors, and ensure compliance with SLAs, safety and regulatory standards while coordinating with tenants and internal stakeholders. Experience in SAP/Ariba/AutoCAD is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous and highly organised with good time management.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail mall management including tenants liaison and minor A&A work.
• Knowledge of SAP, Ariba and AutoCAD; retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to tenants’ feedback and requests on operations.
• Ensure optimal plant/equipment operations and performance.
• Regular inspections of common areas, facilities, car parks, external areas and tenant spaces.
• Oversee expiry dates of contracts, permits and certificates and renew as needed.
• Provide timely responses to queries from stakeholders.
• Plan, prepare, evaluate and administer quotations and tenders for maintenance and CAPEX works; certify payments upon completion.
• Manage performance of service providers and contractors to meet SLAs and statutory requirements.
• Oversee technician team and manage overtime and duties.
• Involve ISO audits; maintain records and checklists.
• Optimize operations of building systems and equipment.
• Oversee tenants’ fit-out processes for compliance.
• Prepare monthly property management reports and risk assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
