Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Facility Manager in the Integrated Facility Management of the SUSS IFM project. The role involves overseeing M&E operations, coordinating Site Supervisors, and ensuring timely compliance with contract requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with 8+ years of experience and at least 3 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Estate/Facilities Management, Building Science, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the Schedule of Programmed Maintenance as required in the IFM contract.
• Monitor and manage corrective maintenance to meet IFM requirements.
• Ensure milestones, KPIs and targets are met promptly.
• Liaise with client, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Take accountability for Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards.
