Job summary

SJ Group is seeking an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Manager to lead the M&E and non-technical facilities management at SJ Campus. You will ensure reliability, efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance of building systems while delivering an exceptional workplace experience.

You will oversee service partners, drive operational excellence, monitor KPIs, and maintain a safe, clean, secure campus that supports business continuity and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Facility Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of FM experience.
• Certified Fire Safety professional with relevant registration in Singapore.
• Experience in preventive facility management and safety compliance.
• Self-starter able to work with limited supervision.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of M&E & Soft Service executives, technicians, and external specialists.
• Oversee operation, maintenance and performance of all M&E systems on SJ Campus.
• Manage service operations including cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste, and security.
• Plan and execute M&E upgrade works, retrofits and asset replacements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, engineers, and authorities for approvals.
• Prepare management reports and maintain compliance documentation.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and business continuity initiatives.
