Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Sciences) is seeking a facilities and service manager to oversee housekeeping, waste, pest control, landscaping, laundry and portering across our sites in Queenstown. This role ensures smooth daily operations and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will monitor vendors, manage contracts and budgets, and maintain safety, regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in contract management, hospitality, horticulture or related field.
• Experience in contract, vendor or service management.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality or facilities management preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping, waste, pest control, landscaping, laundry and portering services
• Monitor vendors and ensure contractual KPIs are met
• Manage contracts, audits, budgets and performance reports
• Ensure safety, regulatory and organisational compliance
• Resolve service gaps and lead improvement projects
