Job summary

UNISEARCH SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities operations professional to oversee cleaning and on-ground activities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will manage cleaning tasks, handle customer complaints professionally, deploy manpower, and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, while preparing operations reports and performing administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or another discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in cleaning, facilities services/management or related industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and persuasive abilities.
• Excellent time management.
• Well-groomed with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Positive work attitude, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and cleanliness on ground.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain cleanliness.
• Manage customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Manage manpower deployment.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Prepare operations reports and other administrative duties.
• Any other related duties assigned by manager.
