Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator as part of CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. You will work with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed efficiently.

Reporting to the Facilities Management function, you will support property managers with repairs and investment planning, coordinate with landlords and service providers, and help maintain compliance with procedures and reporting formats across the building portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Follow basic work routines and standards.
• Clear communication to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to implement procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information reports to track performance and progress status.
• File work orders, proposals, and department files submitted by vendors.
• Monitor activities outside the building such as waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and ask clarifying questions.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision.
