Job summary

UNIVERSAL EAGLES HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a supervisor to oversee cleaning operations, staff management, quality control, and safety compliance within our Singapore facilities.

You will hire, train, schedule, and supervise cleaning teams to maximize daily performance while conducting routine inspections to ensure health, safety, and contract standards. Manage inventory and budget for cleaning chemicals and equipment, and address client feedback to maintain SLAs.

Qualifications

• Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise cleaning teams to maximize daily performance.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine site inspections to ensure cleaning meets health, safety, and contract standards.
• Inventory & Budgeting: Monitor stock levels for cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment, ordering replacements within budget.
• Client Relations: Address client feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain service-level agreements.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, proper chemical handling, and equipment upkeep
