About VSMC

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC) is a new joint‑venture 300mm semiconductor wafer manufacturing facility that will be built in Singapore. VSMC seeks committed, resilient, and passionate talent to contribute to next‑generation devices and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design and preparation of RFPs for mechanical systems in a 300mm semiconductor fabrication facility.
• Oversee and coordinate design progress of EPC contractors and design consultants, ensuring compliance with project requirements and timelines.
• Manage on‑site construction activities for the mechanical scope, including scheduling, progress tracking, quality control, and system commissioning.
• Lead operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems post‑construction, ensuring optimal performance, reliability and efficiency throughout the facility’s lifecycle.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in facility mechanical engineering.
• Experience with mechanical systems in 300mm fab facilities, particularly Exhaust, Chiller, PCW and Clean Room systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and related software.
• Proactive attitude and demonstrated collaboration experience in construction projects.
