Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC) in Singapore seeks a qualified Water Treatment Engineer to lead the 300mm fab facility water treatment package design and oversee construction and commissioning.

You will supervise contractors and designers, manage on-site schedules, ensure safety, quality and compliance, and collaborate across functions in a dynamic, multinational team to power next-generation devices. Strong teamwork and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related STEM field.
• 300mm fab facility water treatment system operating experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Experience collaborating in construction projects and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of facility water treatment system package design and RFP preparation for 300mm semiconductor fab.
• Supervise and monitor water treatment contractors' design progress.
• On-site management of water treatment package construction schedule and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of facility water treatment (UPW & WWT & Water recycling…) system package concept design and RFP Preparation for 300mm semi-conductor Fabrication plant.
• Supervise and monitor water treatment contractors or design consultants’ design progress.
• On-site management water treatment package construction schedule and commissioning.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related STEM field.
• 300mm fab facility water treatment system operating experience.
• Good skills of computer software e.x. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD etc.
• Candidates with proactive attitude and responsibility good collaboration experiences in construction project.
