Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison for client-side facilities management, architects, and sub-contractors.
• Implement strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols for high-level rope access, gondola operations, and heavy glass lifting.
• Monitor project costing and manage Variation Orders (VOs) to ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.
• Develop and execute maintenance regimes for glass facades, including re-sealant work, facade cleaning, and structural inspections.
• Oversee specialized Total Access teams (rope access, boom lifts, gondolas) to ensure safe facade reach.
• First responder for on-site glass issues (cracks, leaks, hazards) to minimize disruption to client operations.

Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or project management

Job Descriptions:

1) Act as the primary technical liaison for client-side facilities management, architects, and sub-contractors.

2) Implement strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols, specifically for high-level rope access, gondola operations, and heavy glass lifting.

3) Monitor project costing and manage Variation Orders (VOs) to ensure profitability while meeting client expectations.

4) Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance regimes for glass facades, including re-sealant works, facade cleaning, and structural integrity inspections.

5) Oversee specialized "Total Access" teams (rope access, boom lifts, and gondolas) to ensure safe and efficient facade reach.

6) Serve as the first responder for on-site glass issues (e.g., cracks, leaks, or safety hazards) to ensure zero disruption to client operations.

7) Cultivate deep-rooted relationships with client procurement and facilities leadership to position the company as a preferred long-term partner.

8) Proactively conduct site walkthroughs to identify pain points and translate them into new service proposals for A&A or R&R works.

9) Act as a "diplomatic bridge" between technical on-site teams and client management regarding timelines, site access, or quality disputes.

10) Ensure all staff members and sub-contractors reflect professional and high-quality standards expected at premium venues.

11) Coordinate seamlessly between the client’s facilities teams and the company's internal technical/engineering departments.

12) Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Architects, Main Contractors, and Property Managers.

13) Identify and capture new business opportunities within ongoing site expansions or refurbishment projects.

14) Lead the closing of service contracts and high-value work orders, ensuring favorable payment terms and minimizing liability.

15) Proven ability to manage high-stakes client relationships and corporate accounts.

S$4,000 – S$5,000 per month.
5+ years in the Facade or Glass industries within the Singapore.
Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or project management.
