Job summary

Diamond Glass Enterprise is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities and maintenance at a client site in Singapore. You will be the main client liaison for Facilities Management, conduct site inspections, coordinate façade and glass maintenance, and manage safety and compliance with WSH standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Facade/Glass/Facilities Management, a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field, and strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Singapore.
• Experience in Facade, Glass, Curtain Wall, Facilities Management, or Building Maintenance.
• Min. Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong client-facing, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of WSH and work-at-height requirements preferred.
• Commercial experience in costing, quotations, and VOs is an advantage.
• Proactive, hands-on, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities and maintenance requirements at the client’s site.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client’s Facilities Management.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance, repair, safety, and improvement requirements.
• Coordinate facade and glass maintenance works, including glass replacement, re-sealant, cleaning, leakage rectification, and inspections.
• Oversee specialist access activities, including rope access, gondola, boom lift, and other work-at-height operations.
• Ensure all works comply with WSH requirements and client site safety standards.
• Respond promptly to urgent issues such as cracked glass, leaks, defects, and safety concerns.
• Manage quotations, work orders, project costing, and Variation Orders (VOs).
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional R&R, A&A, refurbishment, and maintenance works.
• Coordinate effectively between internal and external stakeholders.
