Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain critical building and utility systems, including ACMV, chiller and cleanroom utilities, ensuring reliable operation in a manufacturing environment.

You'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, coordinate with contractors, and uphold safety and SOPs. Shift work may be required, with comprehensive training and long-term career prospects.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services or related disciplines
• Experience in maintaining Cooling & Heating Systems, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors, Vacuum Systems, ACMV Systems, Cleanroom Utilities, Building Services Equipment
• Basic troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures
• Willing to perform shift work if required

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility utility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair cooling and heating systems, ensuring reliable operation
• Maintain compressed air systems, vacuum systems, and utility equipment
• Inspect, monitor, and maintain cleanroom and non-cleanroom ACMV systems
• Carry out routine inspections of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, compressors, and ventilation systems
• Monitor facility performance through Building Management Systems (BMS) and respond to alarms
• Coordinate with contractors during servicing, repairs, and equipment installations
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports
• Participate in equipment improvement and continuous reliability initiatives
• Support emergency breakdown response to minimize equipment downtime
