Job summary

K ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking motivated technicians to support, operate, and perform day-to-day building maintenance and repairs in Singapore.

The role involves routine maintenance of ACMV, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure, along with inspections and coordination with contractors. Applicants should have a Diploma/Certificate in Engineering or related field; experienced technicians without a certificate may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience Technician in Building Service without Certificate may apply.
• Able to work independently and aspart of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Fresh graduates with a interest or experience technician in Building Services are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including ACMV , plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure building systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Coordination: Work with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Record Keeping: Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Customer Service: Respond to tenant or management requests for building-related issues.
