Facilities Maintenance Specialist — Keep Production Running

Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Specialist, Facilities Maintenance to operate on-site facilities equipment and systems to support uninterrupted production.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, address interruptions, monitor Building Management and EMS, and assist with change control when required.

Ideal candidates hold a NITEC/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 2 years' manufacturing experience and be ready for 24-hour standby.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing facilities environment.
• Ability to be on 24-hour standby.

Responsibilities

• Operation of Facilities equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Facilities system when needed.
• Supervising/execution of maintenance activities as per schedule
• Attend to any interruptions at the manufacturing and other related areas
• Response and troubleshoot operations/equipment issues
• Support all manufacturing and related areas, ensuring smooth operations and uphold environment safety
• Support Projects and Facilities Change Control (FCC) when needed.
• Execute & closure of MMS work orders
• Monitor Environmental parameters through Building Management System (BMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS)
• Monitor System/Equipment performance through Building Management System (BMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS)
• Attend to Out-of-Specification (OOS) scenarios at manufacturing and related areas

Education

NITEC/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
