Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC certification with at least 1 year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of facilities and services.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment and building systems run smoothly and efficiently.
• Regular inspection of grounds and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
• Attend to breakdowns, servicing, repairs and emergency requests.
• Any work assigned by Superior.
