Job summary

A DREAMWORKS COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated cleaning supervisor to maintain high hygiene standards at client premises and present a professional image.

You will greet customers, train junior staff, conduct daily inspections, operate cleaning equipment, and report hazards to ensure service continuity and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards within customer premises to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Greet customers and colleagues warmly, practicing good service acts such as smiling and saying thank you (GST) to foster positive interactions
• Present a professional image by adhering to proper grooming standards consistently
• Supervise and manage junior staff work execution and performance to meet contractual cleaning standards
• Provide training and coaching to junior staff to enhance their skills and ensure quality service delivery
• Conduct daily inspections of cleaning work to monitor quality and implement immediate corrective actions for underperformance
• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas and provide coverage during staff absences to maintain service continuity
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Environmental procedures and promptly report any accidents or incidents to superiors
• Operate cleaning equipment including blowers, vacuum cleaners, and other household cleaning tools safely and effectively
• Regularly inspect cleaning equipment and notify superiors of any faults to prevent service disruption
• Coordinate fault reporting and repairs among users, housekeepers, and the Facilities Management & Engineering (FME) Department
• Execute additional duties or projects as assigned by superiors to support operational needs
