Job summary

STRIDES TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional for the Woodlands RTS CIQ site.

You will respond to operational issues, mobilise on-site after hours, and perform hands-on maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and building services. You will supervise maintenance activities and ensure work follows safety and Work Instructions. Ideal candidates hold Higher NITEC/NITEC with 4+ years of relevant experience, can read electrical drawings, and are capable of working

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC / NITEC with 4+ years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of response to operational issues and breakdown fault cases.
• Respond and mobilise on site for after-hours breakdowns.
• Perform hands-on maintenance to building facilities services (electrical, mechanical, building systems).
• Provide supervision and lead maintenance and system takeover activities.
• Ensure all work complies with Work Instructions and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot facilities equipment and building services systems.
• Assist Engineer with engineering analysis and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on certifications and license renewals.
• Maintain documentation for facilities work orders and schedules.
• Work on a 3-shift rotation and be adaptable to changes.
