Job summary

QUESS Selection & Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineering Lead to mentor a team of technicians and oversee the maintenance of integrated building systems in Singapore.

You will plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include guiding engineers, managing schedules, analyzing root causes of failures, and coordinating contractors to uphold reliability across

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, building services or integrated facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, fire protection, HVAC, lifts/escalators, and related M&E systems.
• Experience leading or supervising engineering or maintenance teams.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis and maintenance planning skills.
• Good communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise a team of Assistant Engineers and Technical Officers for maintenance of integrated facilities.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and availability of building systems.
• Provide technical guidance for fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and equipment rectification.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure safe, efficient work with quality standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain building services including electrical, fire protection, HVAC, lifts, escalators and infrastructure systems.
• Manage maintenance records, work orders and technical documentation for reporting and compliance.
• Lead safety initiatives with risk assessments, inspections and WS H compliance.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors and external stakeholders.
