Job summary

DELUGE FIRE PROTECTION (S.E.A.) PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Building Facilities Manager cum Fire Safety Manager to oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, and compliance of the company's building facilities.

You will lead fire safety matters, develop emergency procedures, coordinate inspections of fire alarm and other systems, manage budgets, and supervise contractors to ensure safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Fire Safety, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building facilities management.
• FSM certification recognised in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of MOM, SCDF, BCA, WSH regulations and building M&E systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities.
• Manage fire safety requirements, inspections, and compliance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and budgets.
• Ensure regulatory inspections and certifications are met.
• Lead contractor management and cost control.
• Plan emergencies, drills, and business continuity.
