Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on action items independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager in coordinating facilities maintenance and A&A works.
• Assist in monitoring facilities-related works and contractor follow-ups.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, service requests, inspections, and repair activities.
• Maintain records and documentation related to facilities management.
• Assist in obtaining quotations and supporting procurement activities.
• Support preparation and submission of reports and information for funders and management.
• Conduct site inspections and identify maintenance issues.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and service providers.
• Support workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance.
• Track project progress, expenditure, and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in internal audits and reviews.
