Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking an Assistant Engineer, Facilities on-site in Singapore to support the Facilities Manager across operational activities, maintenance, procurement, and project management. You will work closely with vendors, manage energy programs, and ensure service levels are met to uphold client SLAs.

Responsibilities include implementing preventive maintenance, developing procedures, and providing advisory input during site inspections and project development, with 24/7 emergency

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities operations and site maintenance.
• Understand and operate to the Service Agreement scope of work.
• Able to achieve KPIs and SLA targets.
• Strong collaboration with contractors and vendors.
• Provide advisory service during site inspections and projects.
• Plan preventive maintenance and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the Scope of Work defined in the Service Agreement.
• Achieve KPIs and SLA targets.
• Manage site facilities operation including Cleanroom operation.
• Establish engineering and operational procedures for site staff.
• Implement energy management programs to reduce utilities cost.
• Initiate and maintain preventive maintenance program.
• Provide monthly operation and maintenance report to client.
• 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion.
• Plan and ensure smooth operations of M&E and civil works.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
