Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities professional to assist in developing scope of work for outsourced services and SOPs for routine and non-routine tasks.

The role includes supporting budgets and working with engineers on building services projects, including civil and structural works. You will join a team focused on safety and efficiency, attending daily operations meetings, and guiding contractors to achieve performance targets while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITC or NITEC in Architectural, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical field.
• Experience in building maintenance is advantageous.
• Willingness to collaborate with engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing scope of work for outsourced services.
• Assist in SOPs and risk assessments for routine and non-routine works.
• Support annual budgets for service contracts, building maintenance and minor works.
• Support engineers on building services projects including civil/structural works.
• Attend daily meetings and help resolve day-to-day operation issues.
• Carry out FMS tasks and close PM/CM work orders timely.
• Provide guidance to in-house contractors and service providers.
• Ensure high safety standards on all supervised work.
• Collaborate with contractors to meet performance metrics.
• Ensure team completes learning items within the set timeframe.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Assistin developing scope of work for the provision of outsourced services provided

• Assistin developing standard operating procedures and risk assessment for routine and non-routine works

• Support the estimate of annual budgetsrequiredfor service contracts, building maintenance and minor works

• Support andassistanceto engineers for building services project which includes civil and structural works

• Attend daily meetings on day-to-day operation issues andparticipateactively in resolving issuespertaining towork areas

• Carry out FMS work tasks assigned and close PM/CM work orderin a timely manner

• Provide guidance and supervision to in-house contractors and service contract providers

• Ensure andmaintaina high levelof safety standards on all the work supervised to meet company goal in safety

• Work closely with in-house contractors and service contract providers to meet the performance metric established

• All team membersare required tocomplete their learning items within the stipulatedtime frame

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITC (Higher NITEC)/NTC-2 (NITEC) in Architectural/ Civil/Electrical/Mechanical discipline.

• Experience in building maintenance will beadvantageous
