Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee breakdown repair and servicing work, lead a team of technicians, and manage PMS and safety processes at Tuas Road.

You will monitor budgets, drive process improvements, and coordinate with external contractors. The role requires a Diploma/NTC in Electrical Engineering with 2–5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical and PLC systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NTC in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Hands-on experience in equipment repair and servicing.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Able to read and interpret schematic diagrams/drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical circuit troubleshooting and termination.
• Knowledge of PLC for troubleshooting machinery.
• Must have man-management experience to lead a team of Technicians.
• Able to work at heights when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for breakdown repair and servicing work, manpower planning for servicing and repair for machines under his charge, and progress monitoring.
• Budget allocation and planning for PMS and monitoring the allocated budget.
• Update defect form and conduct breakdown review and root cause analysis.
• Establish and review PMS checklist according to recommendations, manufacturer manual, and breakdown review/analysis outcome.
• Raise TPO/DRL/PSO/PWO for spare parts or materials for repair and servicing work.
• Liaise with external contractors for repair/servicing work.
• Identify training needs for the team.
• Take lead in process improvements projects.
• Manage administrative work and assess team performance.
• Prepare monthly report on breakdown root cause analysis.
• Conduct and review Risk Assessment and Safety Workplan.
• Enforce the use of PPE for all workers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for breakdown repair and servicing work , overall manpower planning for servicing and repair work for machines under his charge and progress monitoring
• Budget allocation and planning for PMS and monitor the allocated budget
• Update defect form and conduct breakdown review and root cause analysis
• Establish and review of PMS checklist according to recommendation, manufacturer manual, and breakdown review and analysis outcome.
• Raise TPO/ DRL/ PSO/ PWO for spare part or material for repair and servicing work
• Liaise with external contractor for repair/ servicing work
• Identify training needs for theteam
