Qualifications

• 3+ years in facade/construction management or similar field.
• Familiar with local codes such as BCA, URA, LTA, PUB, NEA, NParks.
• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact with multiple departments and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Collate and maintain tracking schedules for facade works submissions and related documents.
• Coordinate interfaces across teams and external parties to ensure timely delivery.
• Track design changes with consultants and main contractor.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and project schedules.
• Attend design meetings to review drawings, lead times and on-site dates.
• Monitor progress against the Master Construction Programme and QA plans.
• Close out non-conformance reports and highlight safety concerns.
