The role oversees facade projects from inception through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and stakeholder satisfaction. You will work with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, lead a skilled project team, monitor budgets, schedules, and risks, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across

• Experience managing facade or curtain wall projects in construction.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of facade construction projects from inception to completion.
• Maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor costs, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving measures.
• Lead site inspections, quality audits, and safety records to meet specifications.
