Job summary

The role involves coordinating all project phases from planning through design and implementation to completion, while leading cross-functional teams to meet schedules, budgets and quality standards. You will engage with clients, consultants and contractors to drive the project, monitor progress, and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience in the construction industry (building facade).
• Strong leadership, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and a team player.
• Knowledge and/or experience in contractual management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities connected with a project from planning through design and implementation to completion.
• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform within schedules, budgets and resources.
• Interact with clients, consultants and building contractors to drive the project and meet customer expectations.
• Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure performance on project meets clients expectations in terms of quality, on-time completion and within cost.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
