Job summary

NEW VISION CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a design-focused professional to create aluminium architectural products that meet client and consultant specifications, ensuring project requirements are fulfilled.

The role involves preparing detailed shop drawings, tender drawings, die drawings, cut-out details, cutting lists, and material orders to support fabrication and installation, while coordinating with architects, consultants, and internal teams to deliver quality on time.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing shop drawings and material orders.
• Experience coordinating with architects, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Design aluminium architectural products that meet client and consultant specifications to fulfill project requirements
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, tender drawings, die drawings, cut-out details, cutting lists, and material orders to support fabrication and installation
• Issue purchase requisitions for local orders to ensure timely procurement of project materials
• Attend external technical meetings with architects and consultants to obtain approval for shop drawings and resolve design issues
• Participate in internal design and project coordination meetings with main contractors and stakeholders to align project execution
• Collaborate with Professional Engineers and coordinate with China Design department and factory to facilitate accurate fabrication processes
• Deliver high-quality work output by ensuring accuracy, meeting project deadlines, and complying with specifications
• Work closely with the team leader to align project goals and ensure smooth execution
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support overall project success
