Job summary

is seeking a skilled Façade Engineer to design and review glass curtain wall and cladding systems for complex projects in Singapore. You will lead interface management between design, fabrication, and site installation, ensuring alignment with codes and project requirements. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years’ experience in façade engineering, strong technical ability, and excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering required.
At least 5 years of façade engineering experience with glass curtain wall and cladding.
Familiarity with façade design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, Tekla).
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with stakeholder management ability.
Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare design calculations for building facade using design software.
Review calculations and shop drawings for code compliance.
Manage interfaces between design, fabrication, and site installation with strong technical expertise.
Collaborate with project managers, QS, and teams to solve facade-related issues.
Ensure designs comply with building codes and industry standards.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources related to facade packages.
Provide technical support to project teams during construction.
Prepare for BCA submission for approval.
Perform other duties as assigned.
