Job summary

FAR EAST FACADE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contract Manager to own the full contract lifecycle—from tendering to post-contract close-out in Singapore.

The role covers contract administration, cost management, QS functions, variation and claims management, and subcontractor commercial management. The ideal candidate has a curtain wall / facade background, with main contractor experience and strong contract management and QS capabilities, and familiarity with Singapore standard contracts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline.
• Professional membership (e.g., SISV, RICS) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review, administer, and manage main contract and subcontract agreements.
• Prepare variations, loss & expense claims, and Extension of Time submissions.
• Provide commercial advice and support to project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain monthly commercial reports and contract documentation.
