Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a civil engineering professional to manage project sites and operations. You will attend regular meetings with Owners, Clients, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has at least a diploma in civil engineering and a minimum of three years’ experience, with curtain wall, cladding and aluminum work exposure, and the ability to resolve technical issues with consultants and architects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have experience in curtain wall, cladding and customize aluminium work experience.
• Ability to resolve technical issue with Consultants/Architects.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project sites and operation
• Attend regular meeting with Owners/Clients/Sub-Cont and ensure progress on schedule
• Ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and high quality
• Ensure goals are met with regards to customer satisfaction, quality and team performance
• Ensure that all workplace safety rules and regulations are being observed to the construction of the project
• Assist Senior Project Manager/HOD in the feasibility study of identified projects as they arise
• Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
