Job summary

TRANS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a drafting professional to translate engineer sketches into detailed 2D and 3D manufacturing drawings for metal fabrication and interior fit-out projects. You will ensure compliance with standards, reflect project changes, and support production with accurate BOMs in ERP systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is required, with 1–5+ years in manufacturing or fabrication environments. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field is expected.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
1–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, ACMV, or fabrication environments.

Responsibilities

Translate engineer sketches into detailed 2D and 3D manufacturing drawings for fabrication teams.
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, material constraints, and safety regulations to maintain quality and safety.
Update and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and clients to reflect project changes accurately.
Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) using ERP systems to support production planning and material procurement.
Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create and modify technical drawings.
