Job summary

TRANS ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a skilled CAD drafter to produce detailed 2D and 3D manufacturing drawings for metal and interior fit-out projects. You will ensure drawings comply with industry standards, coordinate with engineers, update revisions, and manage BOMs using ERP systems; proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is required.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 1–5+ years of fabrication experience in ACMV or manufacturing

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or equivalent
1–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, ACMV, or fabrication environments

Responsibilities

Translate engineer sketches and specifications into detailed 2D and 3D manufacturing drawings for fabrication teams
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, material constraints, and safety regulations to maintain quality and safety
Update and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and clients to reflect project changes accurately
Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) using ERP systems to support production planning and material procurement
Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, proficiently to create and modify technical drawings
