Job summary

Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation is seeking a system-minded professional to administer and maintain the PROMIS system in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will configure user access, manage workflow settings, and ensure data integrity across the MES and ERP interfaces.

You will collaborate with production, equipment engineering, process engineering, and IT teams, handling system changes, upgrades, and automation interfaces (SECS/GEM, PLCs, SCADA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of automation or manufacturing systems experience.
• Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing processes or MES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain PROMIS, including configuration, accounts, access rights, roles, and workflow settings.
• Maintain manufacturing data: products, processes, routes, equipment, recipes, lot data, production parameters.
• Monitor PROMIS availability, performance and data integrity.
• Provide technical support to production, equipment and IT staff.
• Manage system changes and upgrades per procedures.
• Support design, installation, and integration of automation systems.
• Maintain PROMIS interfaces with MES, PLCs, SCADA, ERP and factory systems.
• Troubleshoot PROMIS issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support when required.
