PINWEI PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a section supervisor with experience in the Chinese food industry to lead daily operations in the kitchen.

You will ensure the quality and consistency of dishes, manage day-to-day activities, and liaise with Chinese-speaking chefs in Mandarin. You will also oversee inventory, stock ordering, and the upkeep of kitchen tools and equipment, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation and analyzing customer requirements to resolve issues

Formación

• Experience in Chinese food industry.
• Mandarin communication with Chinese-speaking chefs.
• Experience with Chinese spices.
• Leadership and supervision in a kitchen/food-service setting.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise efficient upkeep of tools through proper usage of equipment and devices.
• Analyze customer requirements and prepare plans to resolve customer care-related issues.
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation to maintain high standards.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the section in the food establishment.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of food quality.
• Track and maintain inventory and stock ordering.
