Job summary

hello gourmet pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced F&B Service Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences across outlets. This hands-on leadership role sits between Head of Operations and Outlet Managers, owning service standards, staff coaching, and day-to-day front-of-house operations.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years in F&B with supervisory experience, manage 10+ service staff, and drive training, SOPs, and guest recovery to elevate service quality.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of F&B experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Proven track record leading service teams of 10+ across outlets.
• Strong working knowledge of service SOPs, table management, and guest recovery.
• Experience designing and delivering staff training programmes.
• Confident communicator with the ability to give direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce service SOPs across all outlets.
• Conduct regular floor walks and service audits to ensure standards are maintained.
• Own the guest experience from arrival to departure - table sequencing, pacing, complaint resolution.
• Review guest feedback and close the loop with outlet teams.
• Direct line management of Outlet Managers for all service-related matters; staffing across outlets.
• Design onboarding programmes for new service staff and run ongoing training on upselling, menu knowledge, allergen awareness, and complaint handling.
• Coordinate service logistics for events; liaise with kitchen on flow and timing; support reporting on service KPIs and guest satisfaction trends.
