Job summary

Hello Arigato PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on F&B Service Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets. You will coach service staff, enforce standards, and manage day-to-day front-of-house operations, reporting to Head of Operations and Outlet Managers.

With 4–6 years in F&B and a track record of leading teams, you will design onboarding, run staff training, and oversee event service logistics to maintain top-tier service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of F&B experience with supervisory or management exposure.
• Proven track record leading service teams of 10+ across multiple points.
• Strong knowledge of service SOPs, table management, and guest recovery.
• Experience in designing and delivering staff training programmes.
• Confident communicator with ability to give direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce service SOPs across all outlets.
• Conduct floor walks and service audits to maintain standards.
• Own the guest experience from arrival to departure, including table pacing and complaint resolution.
• Review guest feedback and close the loop with outlet teams.
• Lead staffing, onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-service briefings for shifts.
• Coordinate service logistics for events and work with kitchen on flow.
• Support Heads of Operations with reporting on KPIs and guest satisfaction trends.
