Job summary

Raffles Hotel Singapore invites applications for a Food & Beverage Service Executive who will supervise the restaurant team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes leadership, upselling, and maintaining service standards in a luxury setting.

The candidate should have a hospitality qualification and 2+ years in international-class restaurants, with strong English communication and a proactive, guest-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Hospitality diploma or certificate is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an international class restaurant.
• 1 year experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
• Strong communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and achieve targets.
• Supervise service staff to maintain high standards.
• Assist Outlet Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Take orders, upsell, and ensure accurate POS entries.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of service areas and stations.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, drinks, and offerings.
