Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Guest Services professional to join our restaurant team in Singapore. You will handle food and beverage orders, greet guests, and ensure exceptional service across shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

You will also manage reservations and support kitchen coordination to maintain service quality. The role requires at least 1 year in guest-facing roles within hospitality, a food hygiene certification, and a neat professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization.
• Possess food hygiene and safety certification; willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist fellow team members with restaurant setup and maintain stocked amenities and utensils.
• Assist guests with requests, upsell where appropriate, and be familiar with the menu.
• Handle restaurant reservations via telephone and email.
• Perform cashiering duties: operate POS, handle cash/credit transactions, reconcile cash drawer.
• Push and manage the dim sum trolley: display dishes, promote selections, plate and serve, coordinate with kitchen for replenishment.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests
• Assist fellow Team Members to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for food service and ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service
• Assist guests on their respective requests, conduct suggestive and up-selling, well‑versed in all aspects of the menu
• Handling all restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries
• All other administrative duties in the restaurant
• Perform cashiering duties:
  • Operate POS system when required
  • Handle cash and credit transactions
  • Maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconcile at end of shift
• Push and manage the dim sum trolley:
  • Navigate aisles safely
  • Display dishes presentably and promote selections
  • Plating and serving from trolley to guest
  • Coordinate with the kitchen for replenishment

Job Requirements

• Education & Certification:

• Experience:
