Job summary

Marina Bay Sands Singapore is seeking an energetic F&B Service Attendant to join our T2 Chinese Restaurant. You will handle food and beverage orders, serve guests, and support the team with setup, stocking, and service excellence.

You will manage reservations by phone and email, assist with upselling, and operate the POS system for cash and card transactions. A minimum of secondary education and at least 1 year in guest service, plus a food hygiene certification, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education with O-Level passes; diploma is a plus.
• At least 1 year in guest service, preferably in hospitality.
• Food hygiene and safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent guest service.
• Assist with restaurant setup, stock, and preparation.
• Manage reservations via telephone and email.
• Perform cashiering and operate POS; handle cash/credit.
• Manage the dim sum trolley and coordinate with kitchen.
