Qualifications

• Valid WSQ Food Safety Certificate (Level 1).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B roles.
• Clear spoken communication with customers and team members.
• Well-groomed, positive working attitude and professional manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and drink orders, including QR ordering via tablet or mobile.
• Relay or coordinate orders with kitchen.
• Restock condiment stations.
• Operate cash registers and digital POS software.
• Process cash, credit or mobile payments and provide accurate change.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset dining tables, counters and serving trays; maintain health and safety.
• Track and record stock levels and report low supplies to management.
