Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in fulfillment or logistics in the F&B industry.
• Experience with last-mile delivery, cold chain, and 3PL coordination.
• Knowledge of Singapore food safety regulations (SFA/NEA/HACCP).
• Strong analytical and process-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust inventory tracking system to improve accuracy and reduce waste.
• Oversee end-to-end fulfillment including order processing, packing, and dispatch.
• Manage warehouse operations: stock receiving, storage, and distribution of food products.
• Track fulfillment metrics: order accuracy, lead times, and turnover.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, cold chain providers, and 3PL vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Streamline workflows to handle high-volume periods and demand changes.
• Conduct regular stock audits and demand forecasting to avoid shortages/overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety regulations (SFA) and import/export guidelines.
