Job summary

Paris Baguette Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources and Operations assistant with strong leadership to support staff recruitment, training, and daily store operations.

You will supervise service teams, ensure brand standards, and coordinate activities between kitchen and service areas. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of management experience in Food & Service Operations, a Diploma in F&B Management, and proficiency in English and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in F&B management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in management in Food and Service Operations.
• Good command of spoken English.
• PC literate with knowledge in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit & select staff that meet set expectations and are suited to work in a customer-oriented environment.
• Create good working environment and develop subordinates by identifying areas that needs training and action to support it.
• Orientate and train employees to ensure understanding of company policies using the operations training manual.
• Manage an efficient team of service staff by taking an active interest in welfare and development.
• Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.
• Direct and coordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain high level of customer service as per QSC standards.
• Ensure overall store image is maintained and the brand is represented at all times.
• Monitor opening and closing duties of the outlet and communicate with management.
• Provide coordination and services for both kitchen and service, report on time and in proper uniform.
• Suggest or develop new SOPs to improve operations and execute other duties as requested.
