• Communicate daily expectations, direction and instructions and provide ongoing feedback to employees.
• Coordinate month end reviews with management including the preparation of variance reports in order to complete high level detective review for errors in reporting.
• Working with team members to implement best practice solutions.
• Manage all daily operations ensuring regulatory compliance.
• F&B working experience required for at least 3 years.
