Job summary

FUJIANG FOOD COURT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable operations manager to oversee daily F&B outlet activities, food courts and stalls in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage manpower planning, schedules, resources and ensure profitable operations while upholding service standards. Responsibilities include developing procedures, coordinating with teams and suppliers, handling customer feedback, and assisting with expansion of outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant management or F&B operational experience; good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of F&B outlets, food courts and/or food stalls.
• Manage manpower planning, operational schedules and resources.
• Monitor sales, operating costs, inventory and profitability.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.
• Coordinate with outlet teams, suppliers and management.
• Handle operational issues and customer feedback.
• Assist with business planning, expansion and new outlet setup.
• Recruit, train and supervise employees.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety and relevant regulatory requirements.
