Job summary

Jumbo Group of Restaurants in Singapore is seeking a candidate for an on-site role that progresses toward supervisory responsibilities. The position includes servicing, taking orders, reservations and cashier duties, with training to prepare you for an Assistant Manager level.

You will complete structured trainings, learn the company’s policies and procedures, and work as part of a team to uphold service quality and guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience in Food & Beverages industry.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good working Attitude and team spirit.
• Strong communication, enthusiasm and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct services on ground including servicing, food ordering, reservations, and cashiering.
• Participate in trainings for non-supervisory roles to understand and perform functions.
• Undergo trainings for supervisory roles to lead and manage operations and management.
• Complete trainings to perform independently up to Assistant Manager within the targeted timeline.
• Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, upholding the corporate vision, mission and values.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
• Handle other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
