Job summary

SingCo BV Pte Ltd is seeking a hospitality professional to support the smooth running of F&B outlet operations. The role focuses on service quality, staff efficiency, and adherence to company standards, with responsibilities across daily service flow, scheduling, training, and performance feedback.

You will monitor hygiene and safety, manage inventory, and prepare operational reports while ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service flow and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are consistently met.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for supplies.
• Assist in scheduling, supervising, and motivating outlet staff.
• Conduct on the job training and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Provide feedback to improve staff performance and morale.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Ensure positive guest experiences and repeat patronage.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management.
• Track sales, wastage, and manpower utilization.
• Assist in coordinating outlets’ maintenance, renovation and reinstatements.
