Job summary

ONE PLUS ONE HUMAN RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.

You will lead, coach, and motivate the service and operations team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while managing manpower planning, scheduling, attendance, and coverage. You will monitor sales, productivity, and costs, drive revenue through upselling and promotions, and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service/operations teams in F&B environments.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the F&B outlet(s) to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the service and operations team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, deployment, attendance, and operational coverage.
• Monitor outlet sales, productivity, operating costs, and KPIs.
• Drive sales and revenue through upselling, promotions, and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOPs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and outlet presentation.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and follow up.
• Monitor inventory, stock control, wastage, and cost management.
