Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced F&B Executive for Universal Studios Singapore to supervise front-of-house teams, maintain service standards and elevate guest dining experiences.

You will develop staff capabilities, optimise service flow, and ensure high-quality food and beverage service while managing wine selection, POS operations, and cash handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in hospitality environments; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train team members to uphold service standards.
• Provide excellent guest engagement while serving food and beverages.
• Assist in development and curation of the wine list, including pairing and decanting.
• Operate cash registers and ensure accurate daily records.
• Monitor service flow, stock replenishment, and cleanliness of service areas.
• Address guest enquiries and issues professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in daily briefings and training to ensure consistent service delivery.
